Key responsibilities:
Design and implement secure patient identity solutions using Okta CIAM, including authentication for patient portals and mobile health apps
Architect access controls aligned with HIPAA Security Rule and implement identity proofing and fraud prevention measures
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and monitor identity-based threats while leading complex cybersecurity projects
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology Information Systems, or related technical discipline
10+ years of cumulative experience in Information Technology with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Okta CIAM implementations
Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and API security
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, supporting HIPAA compliance and audits
Proficiency in Agile project management and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and related technologies
