" UAT coordination: coordinate UAT scenarios and sign-off with CalHFA business stakeholders alongside the Business Analyst. " Migration validation: validate data migration mock runs and reconciliation reports produced by the Data Migration Lead. " Compliance testing: verify WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 accessibility and support sanitized third-party penetration-test result reviews. " Deliverables: produce test plans, UAT results, and defect logs as required project deliverables. Skill set info Required Qualifications Mandatory 7 years QA/test management; 4 years testing ServiceNow implementations " Minimum 4 years leading QA/test management on ServiceNow implementations, including at least one California state or local government engagement. " Prior experience running formal UAT with a U.S. public-sector client, including defect-tracking and sign-off processes suitable for a government stakeholder audience.
