Program Director, Doctor of Ministry

Houston Christian University invites applications for a full-time faculty member to lead the Doctor of Ministry program. The candidate will provide vision, drive program growth, and mentor doctoral students while integrating Christian faith with scholarship. Requirements include a PhD or DMin, substantial leadership in ministry, and a strong teaching and research track. Expect collaboration with the Theology chair and Dean’s office on program finance and accreditation matters.
