The successful candidate will be a senior leader responsible for transforming creative ideas and client objectives into outstanding live experiences. This role involves leading the end-to-end production and operations of complex experiential programs and live events, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The VP will be accountable for project financial management, building and managing a network of production partners, and setting the standard for production risk, safety, and compliance. They will also be expected to strengthen the department by improving processes, tools, and quality-control practices, as well as mentoring and developing production teams. Applicants should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in experiential, live event, or integrated production, with a strong background in an agency environment. The role requires deep production fluency, strong financial and commercial acumen, and proven people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a confident executive presence, be highly organized, and be able to remain calm under pressure. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, but practical production leadership and a track record of success are the most important criteria. The role also demands a willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as necessary for live production. Functions Operations
