Senior HR Professional — RemoteDecide where and how you work. Your people expertise, applied to independent work in personal development and leadership education: remote, autonomous and performance-based. You would build your own pipeline of enquiries for our personal development programmes and lead each conversation through to a decision, using a proven system, templates and training. The work is yours to run. What you'd get: Remote working, with real say in how you build it A proven marketing and business system, with templates and training provided Senior-level training and ongoing development sessions Independence: your activity, your approach, your results Day to day: Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided, refining what works with your own judgement Build and manage your own enquiry process, from first contact through to a decision Lead calls with enquirers, answering questions with credibility and care Track your results and adjust your approach independently Take part in senior-level training and ongoing development sessions Who it's for:10+ years in senior HR, people or organisational development leadership, used to advising senior leaders and handling sensitive conversations with care. A genuine interest in personal development is helpful. How the work happens: Remote and independent, with a minimum of 15 hours a week needed to build this. This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity, and applicants should be comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for their own performance and results.
