Order Processing Specialist

Job Description: Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via e‐mail, telephone calls and live chat, entering orders, entering and processing return authorizations, processing change requests, maintaining the customer master file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately and completing other administrative support tasks.

Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service. Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce).
