Litigation Associate Attorney - Construction Defect

Duties: Engage in litigation processes related to construction defect cases. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys. Participate in training and development programs. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements: Preferred experience in construction defect litigation. Trial experience is advantageous. Strong references and a stable employment history. Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
