Leasing Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships and performance of commercial leasing brokers. Conduct regular meetings to review leasing activity and pipeline. Track leasing KPIs, including inquiries, tours, LOIs, and executed leases. Lead lease renewal discussions and negotiate terms with existing tenants. Manage the lease renewal pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed. Coordinate outbound leasing campaigns for vacant properties. Work with internal teams to build prospect lists and launch email, SMS, and marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and route qualified leads to brokers. Maintain reporting and provide visibility into leasing performance.

What We're Looking For: Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, property management, or lease administration experience is strongly preferred. Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and KPI tracking is an advantage.
