Director of Medical Practice — Clinical Leader & Quality

Martin's Point Health Care is seeking a Director of Medical Practice (DMP) to provide clinical leadership and oversee site clinicians across Maine. The DMP will collaborate with the DPO, drive quality improvement, and ensure patient access to high-quality care while guiding performance and retention of clinicians. The role requires an MD/DO with board certification and active licenses in ME and NH; DEA license. A strong track record in leadership and value-based care is essential.
