Junior Patent Litigation Associate

Overview: Candidates should have experience in patent litigation, including in federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB. The role involves assisting with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports. A registered patent attorney is required, holding a technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences, with other technical backgrounds also considered. Holland & Hart's compensation structure is merit-based, evaluating individual performance, achievements, and contributions to team efforts. The firm offers a bonus program rewarding financial contributions and hard work, and associates are eligible for fee splits. Associates are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours on pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), and at least 25 hours on Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment.
