Front Desk Receptionist

What You’ll Do: As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and their furry friends with a warm and friendly attitude. Answering phone calls and emails to schedule appointments or address client inquiries. Managing check-ins and check-outs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Keeping accurate records of client and pet information. Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the front desk runs efficiently. Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
