A curious systems thinker who can connect evidence, policy, technology, organisations and delivery, make sense of ambiguity, test assumptions and communicate complex issues clearly to senior stakeholders. Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams, build trusted client relationships, develop others and maintain momentum from insight through to measurable outcomes.
