Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

Duties: Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings. Draft and argue motions. Take and defend depositions. Defend private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. Work with clients on employment law challenges, including drafting/revising handbooks and training. Educate clients through learning programs using technology platforms.

Requirements: 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience. Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to growth and client service. Education JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.

Certifications: Admission to the Nevada Bar. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using technology platforms for client education.
