We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. The work covers first-party property, professional liability, and general casualty defense. Attorneys from related defense and civil litigation backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. We have offices in Austin and San Antonio. Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts. Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity. Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
