About the Opportunity: We are partnering with a highly regarded South Florida law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its team. This opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated commercial, business, complex, and real estate disputes alongside an experienced team. The ideal attorney will take ownership of matters and build strong client relationships while working on high-level litigation.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial and business litigation matters Complex legal disputes Real estate and property-related disputes Contract disputes and business conflicts Litigation matters from inception through resolution Legal research, drafting, discovery, motion practice, and hearings Working directly with clients and senior attorneys

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar membership in good standing Experience in Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Complex Litigation, and/or Real Estate Litigation Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with discovery, motion practice, and court proceedings Strong communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively Salary and

Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
