Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory in good working condition Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and minor construction repairs as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Keep accurate maintenance records and service logs Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when required Assist with facility setup, moves, and general upkeep tasks Full-time Pay Rate: Up to $21 DOEMust pass a drug screening and background check.
