VIP Guest Concierge & Loyalty Experience Ambassador

Omni Interlocken Resort is seeking a friendly, motivated Loyalty and Arrival Experience Ambassador to welcome Select Guests and VIPs, building proactive relationships and acting as the advocate and contact for all Select Guests during their stay. Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing requests, coordinating amenities, training colleagues on loyalty programs, and promoting member enrollment while maintaining high service standards and professionalism throughout all interactions.
