About The Construction Manager will take a senior leadership role overseeing major industrial construction projects, with responsibility for project execution, field operations, client relationships, safety, schedule and overall project performance. Key Responsibilities Lead construction operations across major industrial projects Oversee project teams, subcontractors and field operations Drive safety, quality, schedule and cost performance Manage client and stakeholder relationships Provide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents and other project personnel Review project schedules, budgets and overall performance Support business growth and development across the region Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget What They're Looking For 10+ years of experience within industrial construction Previous experience in a Construction Manager, Project Executive, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position Experience delivering large-scale industrial projects Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and construction operations Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships Strong communication and leadership skills Willingness to be based in or around Raleigh, NCCompensation & Benefits$200,000+ base salary Strong incentive/bonus package Excellent benefits Significant opportunities for career progression Opportunity to join a rapidly growing regional operation Work with a nationally recognized industrial contractor
