Polsinelli has an immediate opening for a Corporate and Transactional Paralegal, based in Fort Worth. This is a fully in-person position requiring strong document review, drafting, and filing tasks under attorney supervision. The role supports corporate and real estate transactions for multiple clients. Ideal candidates have a Paralegal Certificate or related degree and at least 3 years of experience, with a 1600-hour annual billable expectation and five days in the office.
