Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek a collaborative, forward‑thinking leader with: At least ten years of progressively responsible philanthropy leadership experience A proven record of success in major gifts, capital campaigns, and nonprofit fund-raising Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and strategic planning skills Experience working closely with governing boards and volunteer leaders Background in older adult living, healthcare, aging services, higher education, or other mission‑driven organizations
