Load Builder This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential for someone who values safety, teamwork, and consistent attendance. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Lumber Yard / Forklift Associate to support daily lumber yard and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physical position responsible for building and preparing lumber loads for customer delivery, operating a forklift, processing materials through saw equipment, and staging orders for production and shipping. Load Builder Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday)Build and prepare lumber loads for customer deliveries. Load and unload lumber, I-joists, and other building materials. Move materials manually and with a forklift. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift. Process lumber and building materials through saw equipment. Stage materials for production, customer orders, and shipping. Verify materials and prepare loads accurately.

Load Builder Qualifications: Previous forklift experience is preferred. Lumber yard, construction, warehouse, or building-material experience is a plus. Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable and safety conscious. On-the-job training will be provided.
