Creating compelling 9x16 video ads, the full-time Paid Social Video Editor will manage the editing process from rough cut to final delivery, working remotely to support performance-driven creative across social media platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities: Produce high-quality video ads that balance storytelling and brand expression while meeting performance goals Own the editing process, including pacing, sound design, color correction, and final finishing Collaborate with creative and growth partners to quickly translate ideas and feedback into polished video content

Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional editing experience in advertising, branded content, or social media Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects, with strong instincts for color and finishing Demonstrated ability to create polished commercial or performance-driven video work Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards
