Permanent job opening Seeking aboard certified or truly board eligible physician assistant Must have 6+ months of post-training experience as a PA in nephrology Outpatient-only position Work collaboratively with nephrologists to evaluate and manage patients with kidney-related conditions Monday-Friday,9a-5pAbility to work3-5 days per week Part-time or full-time options available Call schedule to be determined Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not requiredH-1B visa sponsorship available, if needed Conduct consultations, review medical histories, and perform patient assessments Evaluate kidney function and develop individualized treatment plans Treat and manage kidney-related illnesses and monitor patient progress Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing Assess the need for dialysis and coordinate recommendations with the nephrology team Refer patients for surgical evaluation when indicated Prescribe and administer medications within scope of practice Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and ongoing care Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Master's degree from an accredited PA program in New York State Proficiency in nephrology care required Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care EMR:eClinicalWorksAllow Recruit Well to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
