Successful candidate will work in all aspects of Quality Assurance. Interpretation of Customer Requirements, Inspection Plan Development, and experience in Implementation of Customer Requirements is a must. Applicants must be experienced in the correct technique and use of measuring instruments. Salary based on experience.
Requirements:
· Ability to interpret Customer Contracts/Purchase Orders, Technical Data Packages and DOD Specifications· Write Plans of Inspection and determine gage requirements· Write and apply SPC plans· Experience with ISO 9001-2015 and DOD requirements· Corrective Action initiation, verification, and follow-up· Gage calibration experience a plus· Working knowledge of measuring instruments including:· Coordinate measuring machines (CMM)· Optical Comparator· Measuring equipment & techniques (micrometers, calipers, attribute gages, etc.)
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of Associate of Science Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree a plus· Minimum of four years’ experience required· ASQ Certified Quality Engineer a plus Normal hours of operation for this position are four 10 hour workdays, M-TH 6 am – 4:30 pm, with overtime required as necessary.
