Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent E.L.F. BEAUTY professionally across all client, retail, and consumer touchpoints
  • Deliver outstanding results in your core Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM duties with passion and precision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
  • Maintain deep knowledge of beauty product lines, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards set by E.L.F. BEAUTYProvide exceptional service and expertise to clients, customers, or retail partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or retail industry
  • Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and consumer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Relevant licences or certificates for Associate Director, Loyalty & CRM where required (e.g. cosmetology licence)
  • Authorisation to work in the United States
