Banquet Operations Lead

The role involves coordinating with catering and related departments, and stepping in as a server when required. Candidates should have two years of hotel banquet experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to manage guest relations and safety procedures. Flexible shifts are expected.
