Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & SEC Filings

Chime is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to lead external financial reporting on the Controllership team. You will own the preparation of Form 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K filings and equity accounting under ASC 718, partnering with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations and external auditors. You will manage the reporting calendar, ensure SOX‑compliant processes, and drive automation of close procedures across a growing multi‑entity structure.
