Regional Onboarding & Construction Lead

Hotwire Communications seeks a Region Manager, Community Onboarding to lead the onboarding team and ensure end-to-end oversight for new residential projects in the Houston region. You will drive stakeholder relationships, educate partners and homeowners on onboarding, and oversee a seamless, ’white glove’ handoff to the regional operations team. You will manage scheduling, escalate risks, and ensure daily/weekly project status reports.
