To optimize systems and workflows for the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Systems Engineer will design scalable GTM systems, automate processes, and enhance data flows across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable GTM systems, workflows, automations, and integrations across the customer lifecycle
Optimize inbound lead workflows to improve speed-to-lead and enhance engagement across teams
Serve as the technical lead for the Hubspot ecosystem, managing advanced workflows, integrations, and automation
Required Qualifications:
Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, or a similar technical role
Strong experience with HubSpot or another enterprise CRM, including automation and complex workflow design
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, with experience in APIs and relational data models
Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier or Workato
Strong understanding of the collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations across the customer lifecycle
