Federal Growth & Partnerships Lead

Sofar Ocean is seeking a U.S. Federal Growth Lead to drive capture, growth, and execution across the federal market. You will own strategies, build partnerships, engage policymakers and program offices, and guide proposals from shaping to award. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and external advisors to translate demand into funded programs.
