Junior Esthetician & Studio Assistant

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed esthetician who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the beauty industry. As a team member, you'll work closely with Ashley and play an important role in the continued growth of Bleu Aesthetics. Through hands‑on training, mentorship, and real‑world experience, you'll receive ongoing support designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your skills, and grow into an exceptional provider. This is a part‑time role that combines esthetic services, studio operations, client experience, content creation, and professional development. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be available to work 15-25 hours per week starting out Must be available for 2-3 Saturdays per month Reliable transportation required New graduates encouraged to apply Responsibilities Client Experience & Guest Care Welcome and assist clients Support client education and homecare recommendations Assist with appointment rebooking Follow up and check in with clients Help maintain a welcoming and supportive environment Esthetic Services Services and responsibilities will be added as skills, experience, and confidence develop. Initial service offerings may include: Brow Waxing Brow Threading (training provided) Brow Sculpt & Dye Brow Lamination Glow & Go Express Facials Basic Facial Treatments Back Treatments Studio Operations Opening and closing duties Treatment room preparation and turnover Cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining state board standards Inventory counts and organization Product restocking Content & Brand Support Assist with content creation Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage Help represent the Bleu brand online and in person In a growing small business, no two days are exactly alike. Team members should be willing to contribute wherever needed to support the success of the studio, our clients, and the overall Bleu experience.
