TikTok Shop Account Manager

Responsibilities: Client & Strategy Ownership Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands, managing day-to-day communication and strategy alignment Lead end-to-end Tik Tok Shop strategy and execution, including sampling, affiliate management, ad planning, and overall shop performance. Analyze GMV, traffic, and conversion trends to drive continuous improvement Pitch to new brands and support business development by showcasing OTB’s full-service Tik Tok Shop capabilities Run weekly performance reviews with brands, sharing actionable insights and growth recommendations Operational Ownership Own full Tik Tok Shop setup: Shop Creation, category approval, listings, and compliance Manage daily shop operations including order flow, fulfillment tracking, and accurate tracking-number updates Oversee shop performance, Account Health, and Shop Performance Score (SPS) Monitor and resolve violations, SLA issues, and compliance flags Ensure products, listings, variations, and bundles are fully optimized Affiliate & Community Management Build and manage affiliate activations Run daily outreach: Target Plans, Open Plans, AI-driven outreach (Euka AI, Reacher) Approve affiliate samples & engagement with affiliates. Maintain Discord creator communities and communication flows Growth, Ads & Strategy Run Tik Tok Shop ads, campaign setup, ROI optimization Execute Tik Tok Shop strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, and creator activation Campaign Management Track daily GMV, affiliate contributions, and campaign results Reporting Send weekly performance reports covering key metrics such as sales performance, affiliate outreach & response rate, sampling, videos, impressions, CTR, Ads performance, SPS score. Highlight insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations Job Requirements:  2+ years of direct Tik Tok Shop experience (TTS Operations, TTS Ads, Affiliate Management, SPS management) Deep understanding of Tik Tok Shop SLAs, violations, SPS scoring, and creator commerce systems Proven track record managing shop operations with measurable results Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with fast-moving environments, deadlines, and problem-solving Experience with AI outreach tools (Euka AI, Reacher), CRM workflows, or community management Strong communication, analytical & reporting skills eCommerce or marketplace background (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) is a plus  Benefits and Perks: Competitive full-time salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to GMV and operational KPIs Fully remote / global team Opportunities for fast career progression Work directly with brands scaling aggressively across Tik Tok Shop Supportive team, fast-growth environment, and leadership opportunities Ready to build the strongest Tik Tok Shop operations ecosystem in the industry? Apply now and join One Tree Brands.
