Director of Scaled Data Science for Drug Asset Diligence

Formation Bio in New York City/Boston area seeks a senior data science and product leader for the Asset Acquisition & Diligence (AAD) team. You will scale one-off analyses into durable diligence capabilities, and serve as the connective tissue between scientific work and scalable tools. You will guide method choice, assess statistical validity at scale, and translate findings into a roadmap that informs asset sourcing and deal decisions. This is a hybrid role with in-office days in key hubs.
