Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, review, and maintenance of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for federal information systems and programs
Assess privacy risks associated with the collection, use, and sharing of sensitive information and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
Support compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, E-Government Act of 2002, and applicable federal privacy requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university
3+ years of relevant federal privacy experience, including developing, reviewing, and maintaining Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
Working knowledge of federal privacy laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act of 1974 and E-Government Act of 2002
Experience identifying, assessing, and recommending mitigation strategies for privacy risks involving personally identifiable information (PII)
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Public Trust determination
