Job Description:
Our client, a top investment firm, is seeking an experienced labor and employment paralegal to work with their in-house legal team on employment litigation matters. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and strong work history, preferably with large law firms and/or in-house.
Required Experience:
- At least five years of experience, preferably in a top law firm or large, active corporate environment
- Labor and employment litigation experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, self-direction and ability to anticipate needsE-discovery experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills along with sound judgment
