Position Responsibilities Plan and direct the design, implementation and administration of Uline's employee benefits programs that support business objectives. Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefits plans and keep offerings competitive. Oversee leave of absence and workers' compensation programs for consistent, compliant administration. Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a positive, high-performing culture. Work with our in-house Creative team to simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications. Ensure compliance with regulations while supporting reporting, audits and program integrity.
