Responsibilities:
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
- Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
- Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
- Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
- Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff Qualifications:
- National food and health safety regulations knowledge
- Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards
- Customer relationship management experience desired
- High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
- 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearlyCompensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year
