Detroit - Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

About the Role: Qualified candidates will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution, including: Drafting and responding to pleadings Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
