Technical Service Specialist

Key responsibilities include: Customer interaction (both national and international)Stay abreast of emerging technologies and collaborate with prepress, structural, and design groups, as well as manufacturing, to select and implement new equipment and systems. Work closely with finance, design, and IT teams to integrate and automate design systems with estimating processes. Qualify and certify international locations to ensure consistent standards. Engage with vendors to explore new technologies, ensure compliance, and qualify materials. Provide recommendations and assistance in obtaining Quad Packaging's technical certifications. Support field service technicians in resolving technical issues. Assist with Prepress and Brand management tasks Collaborate on Graphics and Structural Design and development projects. Project manage the implementation of new technologies and onboard new customers. Offer customer technical support. Coordinate Global Packaging projects.

Education: Minimum of three years' experience in the folding carton and label industry. Experience preferred: Knowledge of 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing and experience in structural design.
