Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, deli, and food preparation. Replenish kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes Complete all assigned opening or closing duties Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Requirements and qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a reliable source of transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, shelving both high and low Works in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments Consistent and reliable Loves to serve and help others.
