Store Lead

Responsibilities: The Store Lead will assist the Regional Store Manager with: Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff Curating, onboarding, and managing vendors Maintaining a high level of awareness around loss prevention Organizing vendor sales and communications Creating and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors Overseeing daily store operations, including opening, closing, and preparing deposits Creating social media posts and other store communications Promoting excellent customer service Ensuring staff are knowledgeable about our vendors, shops, and merchandise Helping set and achieve store and sales goals The Leader We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who leads by example and understands that a great store starts with a great team. Qualifications: Management or leadership experiencerequired; 2+ years preferred Ability to confidently lead a small team and oversee daily store operations Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking initiative Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and encourage a team A genuine interest invintage, handmade goods, and supporting local small businessesis a huge bonus! Retail experience Cash handling Experience working in a mall environment is helpful, but not required If you’re excited about vintage and makers, enjoy working with people, and have the leadership skills to run a small store while creating a positive and team-minded culture, we want to hear from you! Schedule Part time 35-37 hours per week. The Store Lead will typically work 5 days per week with full 7.5-hour shifts, including weekends and some holidays as needed. We are also hiring for Supervisor, Key Holder, and Sales Associatepositions.
