Lead Commercial Lending Counsel - Hybrid, High-Impact

KeyBank National Association seeks an Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Lending to lead its Commercial Lending team, advising on the full lifecycle of lending products and operations. You will support Small Business, Business Banking, Middle Market, SBA and related activities, working with lending, credit, operations, and outside counsel to align with KeyBank's risk appetite.
