BCBA Leader Center-Based ABA with Remote Flex

Airborne ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote-capable position in Pueblo and La Junta, Colorado. This primarily center-based role offers some hybrid flexibility for appropriate responsibilities based on clinical needs and schedule. The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs/BTs, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure clinical quality across caseloads. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
