A-Level Automotive Technician

What We Offer: $35–$40/hour, based on experience and skill. Higher compensation may be considered for an exceptional candidate. Hourly paywith the option to discusscommission/flat-ratefor the right technician. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.No weekends — we're closed Saturday and Sunday. Fullyheated and air-conditioned shop. What We're Looking For: We want atrue A-level technicianwho can work independently and take ownership of their work. The right candidate will: Have strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. Be able to accurately diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts. Be comfortable working on modern vehicles and using diagnostic equipment. Take pride in quality workmanship. Be dependable and show up ready to work. Stay productive throughout the workday. Have a positive attitude. Work well with a small team. Be willing to help others when needed. Take responsibility for their work. Have their own professional hand tools. Diesel Experience. Diesel experience is strongly preferred. Our inventory includes a good number of diesel pickup trucks, so we would love to find an A-level technician who is already comfortable diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks. If you're an excellent automotive A-tech who wants to continue developing your diesel skills, we'll consider you as well. However, we're looking for someone who already has asolid foundation in diesel diagnosis and repair —not someone starting from scratch. Why Dillon's?
