Construction Superintendent

About the Role: Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel Lead daily site meetings and communicate project goals effectively Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays Coordinate inspections and owner walkthroughs Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent Demonstrated experience on education, K-12, higher education, municipal, civic, government, or institutional projects Experience managing projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete construction Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules Experience coordinating MEP trades and complex building systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools Required Skills 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent Demonstrated experience on education, K-12, higher education, municipal, civic, government, or institutional projects Experience managing projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete construction Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules Experience coordinating MEP trades and complex building systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools Essential Skills Experience managing large scale projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete construction Experience as Lead Superintendent on $50M+ projects. Pay range and compensation package Base salary $120,000 — $150,000 + bonus. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle. Comprehensive health benefits. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off and holidays.
