Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols. Monitor and document patient conditions, changes, and responses to care. Coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, communicating updates and escalating concerns.
