What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team to achieve business goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal partners Maximize financial performance and manage the branch profit & loss portfolio Ensure strategic alignment through clear, consistent communication Travel regularly to customer locations; coach and mentor sales team members Promote safe work practices and uphold all company policies and values Champion value selling and teach these concepts to your team and customers Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement Reinforce Quinn’s strategic plan, culture, and values locally Identify and mentor high-potential employees Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a professional branch image

What You Bring: Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance Proven leadership skills in motivating, developing, and retaining teams Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong planning, organizational, and sales skills Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Solid understanding of the product support business
