Job Description: ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking an experienced Motor Mechanicto disassemble, inspect, repair, rebuild, and test AC/DC motors, generators, submersible pumps, and other industrial rotating equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Mechanically disassemble and rebuild industrial equipment Inspect components and identify worn or damaged parts Take and document precision measurements against factory specifications Clean, repair, and replace components as required Assemble equipment to required specifications Test completed repairs through measurements and operational testing Occasionally perform service work at customer facilitiesWHAT YOU BRING: 3+ years of mechanical repair experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Mechanical/trade school training preferred Valid driver's license Ability to follow precise instructions and work safelyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand and work at a bench for extended periods Lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs. occasionally Climb on or over large equipment when requiredSAFETY: Safety glasses and footwear are required; additional PPE is used as job conditions require. \nCompany Descriptionhttps://www.aemservices.com/about -us/ Company Descriptionhttps://www.aemservices.com/about-us/
