To support our growth, we are recruiting a Head of Industrial Cost Control, based in Suresnes (92) with expected travel to our various sites. Reporting to the Group Control and Management Director, your duties include (but are not limited to):Consolidating the industrial performances of Business Units through the analysis of discrepancies. Proposing action plans to improve operational performance. Leading the budgeting process and industrial forecasts. Supervising the calculation of standard costs, ensuring their update and harmonizing the calculation methods. Consolidating and analyzing the valuation of stocks, their levels, and their depreciations. Acting as a business partner to the Operations Directorate and its Managers. Managing the industrial controlling teams and securing performance in collaboration with Plant Directors. Ensuring the reliability and consistency of industrial data from the ERP and BI tools. Leading industrial CAPEX, analyzing ROI, and contributing to the development of business plans. Participating in cross-functional industrial projects (process optimization, ERP deployments, tool evolutions, etc.).
