Requirements: Security Field Supervisor / Flex Officer

Location: Marion, IL / Southern Illinois Region

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Open Availability Required We are seeking an experienced security professional for a dual-role Security Field Supervisor / Flex Officer position serving the Southern Illinois region. This position requires the flexibility to provide mobile/flex coverage while also performing field supervisor responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities: Provide security coverage at various client locations throughout Southern Illinois Work as a Flex Officer, including mobile patrol, site coverage, and filling open shifts Perform field supervisor duties, including site visits, officer support, inspections, and operational oversight Respond to staffing and site coverage needs as required Maintain professional relationships with clients, officers, and management Complete reports and other required documentation

Requirements: Previous security experience required Previous security supervisor experience required Experience with flex, mobile, patrol, or roving security preferred Active Illinois PERC Guard Card required 20-Hour Unarmed Security Certificate required (40 hours total training) Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) required Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Southern Illinois region Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and conduct Open availability and flexibility to work any day and any shift are required to provide coverage as needed This is a highly flexible position ideal for an experienced security professional who can confidently work independently while also providing leadership and support in the field.

Education Requirements: (All)GED or H.S. Equivalent HS Diploma
